Terms of Business

JM Sullivan Ltd trading as Julie Sullivan Independent Family Funeral Directors is owned and operated by Julie Sullivan who is the majority shareholder.  We are a local family business.

Invoice Terms

Deposits for Standard Funeral – Disbursements (All third-party charges) to be settled within 7 days of receipt of the estimate and prior to the funeral taking place.  Final balance requires settlement within 7 days of the funeral date.

Deposits for Unattended and Simple Funeral – Full settlement required prior to the funeral taking place.

Payment Types – We accept payment by Cash and Bank Transfer.

 Late Payment – We reserve the right to add interest on all outstanding accounts at 2% per month that remain unpaid after 60 days and any legal and court costs incurred due to non-payment.

Please let us know if a solicitor is administering the estate, or life insurance will be used to pay the balance.
